Single source responsibility insures a quality project that minimizes problems. Warranties and extended performance guarantees bring security, which would not be available on most plan and specification jobs using separate engineers and installers. We supply a three-year engineering warranty versus no warranty from an engineering firm. Design-Build projects generally progress faster than most plan and specification jobs.
